Technology plays a critical role in reducing the impact of COVID-19 on people and organizations. It helps people to stay productive, even if they are unable to be physically on site. As many employees and their business partners need to work remotely in response to the spread of COVID-19, we want to do our part to help them to stay productive and ensure business continuity while travel bans are in place.

Namirial is empowering trusted digital transformation for 20 years and up to the challenge to deliver solutions to avoid processes getting clogged because of missing signatures. Our signature workflow orchestration platform Namirial eSignAnyWhere allows sending documents for signature to be signed legally binding anywhere anytime.

We are supporting the Smart Working initiatives emerging across the globe in response to COVID-19 with an offer to support those working from home to get their documents signed as fast as possible.

Starting today, we will begin rolling out free access globally to a specially tailored Smart Working Service of Namirial eSignAnyWhere containing a broad set of capabilities including sending documents for signature and basic document preparation and workflow features.

Users of Namirial eSignAnyWhere Smart Working Service can

  • upload PDF documents from local drive
  • add fields to enter free text, radio buttons, checkboxes and last, but not least, signatures
  • enable signers to upload attachments (files which might be required to support a transaction)
  • send signing request to one or more signers sequentially or in parallel, set reminders for signers and receive notifications on signing progress as well an email signed document(s) and audit trail into their inboxes

Signers are authenticated using their email address and if available their local digital certificates. They will be enabled to sign in typing their name and electronically pasting their signature as an image into the document - with loopless documentation in the audit trail file who was signing which version of a document at which point in time. Moreover signers may also delegate signing requests in case they are not entitled to sign a particular document.

Most of these features are typically available in the service “Personal” of Namirial eSignAnywhere, and will be available for free until December 31, 2020.

Click to register to use the free service.

The Bitkom eIDAS Summit is one of the most important conferences on practical use of trust services in Europe in accordance with EU Regulation 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services - eIDAS. The event will be held for the fourth time in 2020. More than 250 delegates are expected.

At the eIDAS Summit, executives from the private sector and public administration will learn about the latest offerings and developments around identification, digital identities, authentication procedures, and the provision and use of certificates to generate electronic signatures and seals. Legal, technical and organizational requirements for trustworthy digitization of processes in companies and administration will be intensively examined. In numerous workshops, the possibilities for the use of trust services are deepened in an industry-specific manner.

One of the focal points is the simplest possible design of processes for which signatures are required by law in writing and for which consequently qualified electronic signatures (QES) must be generated. An example of this is the conclusion of contracts for consumer loans. The Namirial team will look at this and other application examples. The possible methods for identifying users of certificates to generate signatures are also presented.

The event is primarily held in German language.

Combined hardware and software offerings for digital transaction management

BREA, USA & SENIGALLIA, ITALY (March 10, 2020) – ViewSonic Corp., a leading global provider of visual solutions, today announced to partner with Namirial S.p.A., a leading global provider of digital transaction management solutions, to provide an eSignature solution for onboarding and agreement automation for customers in the US and Canada. This solution, ViewSonic Electronic Signature & Agreement Solutions (ViewSonic E-SAS), combines hardware and software, as well as substantial consultation on the digitization of business processes.

“We have seen an enormous demand in finance, healthcare and other industries looking to migrate core business processes from paper to digital in all of their channels. The physical aspect has proven to be the most challenging,” said Kevin Chu, Director, Strategic Partnerships at ViewSonic. “Through the collaboration with Namirial, we can address this demand in delivering compelling omnichannel signature experiences with 100% on-premise deployment. The ViewSonic E-SAS solution helps companies to accelerate their onboarding and contracting processes, reduce signature acquisition cost, improve conversion rate, and significantly enhance customer satisfaction.”

Luigi Tomasini, Board Member and Internationalization Manager of Namirial, stated, “ViewSonic became one of our strategic partners in recent years and together we are serving many customers globally. ViewSonic is one of the leading providers of pen input technology and hence a natural fit as one of the key providers of signature capture hardware for Namirial and our customers and partners. We are excited about this new chapter in our collaboration, as well as our growth in the American market together.”

ViewSonic E-SAS delivers technologies tailored for specific requirements in banking, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare and other industries. ViewSonic E-SAS offerings are enhanced via the Namirial software suite that is used worldwide to deliver digital trust services for compliance and efficiency in any instance requiring legal, non-reputable, proofs of intent and the seamless integration of digital processes into existing system environments.

In addition, the tight coupling of Namirial software and ViewSonic hardware captures behavioral biometrics of handwritten signatures that are verifiably unique to an individual to enhance security and reliability of electronic signatures. Biometric elements are seamlessly captured within the handwritten signature, and include time, speed, geometry and pressure. Compared to traditional analog analysis of ink signatures on paper, these biometric data elements can be more precisely verified by forensic handwriting experts and software verification tools.

Full Support for all Signing Scenarios in Omnichannel
ViewSonic and Namirial are cooperating to support all omnichannel scenarios with the broadest range of software and hardware technologies for electronic signature creation, catering to any use case, signing scenario and corresponding legal regulations. Combining both companies’ industry-leading technologies allows businesses to manage any instances between in-person signing, and remote online engagement on virtually any device.

Mike Dana, head of the ViewSonic E-SAS team, commented. “We are excited about the range of technologies in our portfolio and our ability to be ‘flexible by design’ in our solutions approach. Signing on ViewSonic signature pads and pen/touch displays using Namirial software perfectly emulates the “wet ink” signing experience with actual pen and paper. Namirial software solutions allows this natural signing experience to extend beyond ViewSonic hardware and onto virtually any device for the handwritten signing experience.”

Evaluation Based on Completeness of Strategy and Performance

(SENIGALLIA) – January 23, 2020 - Namirial, a leading supplier in trusted software and services to automate and digitally transform business processes, today announced Aragon Research identified Namirial once more as a leader in the Aragon Research Globe™ for Digital Transaction Management, 20201 . Namirial is positioned in the leader category of the Digital Transaction Management (DTM) Globe report for the fourth year in a row. Leaders are companies that have comprehensive strategies that align with industry direction and market demand, and that effectively perform against that strategic backdrop.

Aragon defines Digital Transaction Management (DTM) as a category of primarily cloud-based software and services used to “digitally manage a wide range of document-centric business processes involving people, documents, data, and transactions both inside and outside the firewall.” Digital Transaction Management encompasses identification, authentication, e-signatures, security, and asset management including secure long-term archiving.

Aragon forecasts the Digital Transaction Management market will continue its rapid growth over 25% annually and estimates that as of today, less than 40% of all document processes are fully digital.

The Aragon Research Globe for Digital Transaction Management, 2020 report identifies and evaluates 20 major technology vendors in a market that has become known as the way to automate legacy paper based transactions. The report is segmented into four sectors (leaders, contenders, innovators and specialists), representing high and low on both product and service performance as well as strategy dimensions.

According to the report, Namirial is identified for its complete, fully integrated eSignature portfolio and “JobRouter digital process automation platform integration” among other strengths.

“We are very happy to be named a leader in this market and recognized for one-stop shopping thanks to the breadth and depth of our portfolio in Digital Transaction Management” said Luigi-Enrico Tomasini, Chief Executive Officer of Namirial.

“Aragon identifies several major trends in Digital Transaction Management in this report such as Citizen Developers looking for fast and easy integration based on low code and the increasing importance of APIs. We are happy to deliver proof points of successful low code integration, like JobRouter Sign being powered by Namirial. As we move into 2020, we are seeing more and more customers looking into redesigning their customer journeys. Hence, they are looking for alternatives to their initial take on e-signature which sometimes saw them ending up with silo solutions. In several large global enterprises among our customer base we are already replacing these silos and deliver full integration of digital transaction management.”
